BRUCE LEE
Born 1940 past away 1973

This Man needs no introduction to the World,he is known as Bruce Lee one of The most important Martial arts icon on the face of this planet.

A Proud Chinese Man, with a natural talent for fighting, not a man to boast but also not your average man to cross in a street fight.
















Training Starts Now
  1. Morning wake up 7.00am drink a glass of water wait for half hour for the body to retain water to prepare you for a 20-30min jog.

  2. strap around your chest a heart monitor these are very cheap to buy and also pin point your heart rate,your body ONLY BURNS FAT around 160-190Bpm and higher anything bellow that is just a waste of time.

  3. OK now your ready to go, try to take some form of water or a mp3 player with you just to pass the time & keep you hydrated, now remember to TRY YOUR BEST to go for 20minits.

  4. After your half an hour morning jog you should head home to start your first part of your diet.

  5. after your first meal of the day is finished you don't need to eat another full meal till another two hours time,remember your biggest meal should always be breakfast and after breakfast is over all your meals should only be the size of a dinner plate.

  6. If you are feeling like you need snacks between the two hours take half a spoon full of Sunflower seeds with a glass of water this helps your body to last till your next meal BUT ONLY A HALF A TABLE SPOON don't go crazy, sun flower seeds are slow to digest so its giving your body that extra time to digest with out you feeling hungry.

  7. Okay now lets say two hours have now gone past and your ready for your second meal of the day witch should be smack on two hours after your last meal.

  8. Start to eat your second meal From your diet, remember to only eat the same amount as what you can fit on your hand E.G hand spread wide and what ever you can fit on one of your open hands that's the amount you should only eat.

  9. Again let two hours pass and now eat your 3rd meal same same size as your second meal (as much as you can fit on your hand,Don't cheat and pile it up like a mounting lol.

  10. same again let another two hours pass and now eat your 4th meal same amount as what you can fit on your hand.
  11. Okay wait for ONE HOUR TOO PASS for your food too digest) Your body will be ready to train



RULES





  • Start training at 5-6pm



  • Do all body weight movement to maxium reputions



  • All weighted movements E.G barbells,dumbbells,weighted,vests,bench presses should only be done 8-12 reps max if doing weights that are HEAVY do not go higher unless you can push out the amount at the very end of the program.



  • Always keep your body hydrated don't gulp down water take sips like boxers and long distance runners do.



  • If you feel any kind of pain or feel ill or sick JUST STOP, take a time out drink abit of water, it maybe that your body is in shock from going into a training style like this.



  • Always think safety your safety is more important then mine, So make sure to speak to a doctor about the type of training or diet.
